JetSetColumbia.com is a platform that connects travelers with a variety of tourism services in Colombia. Throughout these terms, it will be referred to as “THE COMPANY.” Anyone using our website to book experiences, accommodations, or other travel-related activities will be referred to as “THE USER/S.”
By using this platform, THE USER/S agrees to the following terms and conditions governing the services provided.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Through JetSetColumbia.com, THE USER/S can access a variety of travel services, including:
• Tailored travel experiences and curated vacation packages.
• Accommodation bookings and hospitality services.
• Guided tours, cultural activities, and local experiences.
• Assistance with reservations and travel coordination.
• Customer support in English and Spanish.
Our role is to facilitate access to these services by working with trusted local providers. THE COMPANY acts as an intermediary to ensure THE USER/S enjoys a seamless experience while traveling in Colombia.
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
- All bookings must be confirmed through JetSetColumbia.com and are subject to availability.
- Payments are processed securely via the platform, which accepts major credit and debit cards.
- Upon completing a reservation, THE USER/S will receive a digital voucher with a QR code to present to service providers.
- Prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Rescheduling: If THE USER/S needs to modify a booking, a request must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Adjustments will depend on the policies of the service provider.
• No-Show Policy: If THE USER/S fails to attend a booked service without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued.
• Travel Restrictions: THE COMPANY is not responsible for any legal or immigration issues preventing THE USER/S from entering Colombia. If entry is denied, a future credit may be issued, provided the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
While JetSetColombia.com strives to provide exceptional service, we are not responsible for:
1. Airline delays, cancellations, or changes to flight schedules.
2. Weather conditions or natural events affecting travel plans.
3. Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
4. Actions taken by government authorities that impact travel.
5. Any personal legal matters affecting THE USER/S during their trip.
CONDUCT & SAFETY GUIDELINES
To ensure a positive travel experience, THE USER/S agrees to:
• Follow the safety guidelines provided by tour operators and service providers.
• Respect local laws and cultural norms while visiting Colombia.
• Adhere to the agreed-upon schedules for tours and activities.
Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who disrupts operations due to inappropriate behavior. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of THE USER/S.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
In accordance with Colombian data protection laws (Law 1581 of 2012), THE USER/S authorizes THE COMPANY to collect and process personal data for the purposes of:
• Managing bookings and providing customer support.
• Sending service updates, promotions, and loyalty offers.
• Conducting feedback surveys to enhance the travel experience.
Personal information will only be shared with relevant service providers as required to fulfill the booked services. To update or request the deletion of personal data, THE USER/S may contact Service@JetSetColombia.com.
TRAVEL ETHICS & RESPONSIBILITY
THE COMPANY strictly prohibits any form of illegal activity, including exploitation, abuse, or sex tourism involving minors. Any violation of these principles will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement is governed by Colombian law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services should be resolved through direct communication with our support team at Service@JetSetColombia.com. If necessary, further legal resolution will be handled in the jurisdiction of Cartagena, Colombia.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
JetSetColombia.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
By booking through our platform, THE USER/S confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
